Your free journey
Four stages for one business: form it, get an EIN, build business credit, and get the records ready. Each stage links to a lesson, the business-name search, or the setup checklist that is already on this site.
This course is education. It is not legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.
This is a course. We don't lend, and this course doesn't arrange or broker financing.
Results vary. We can't promise any approval, limit, amount or timeline.
The count on a stage is checklist steps and finished lessons you have marked. It is not a credit score, and it does not predict that any lender will approve you.
The Readiness Check is a self-assessment of your business setup. It isn't a credit score, a credit report, a loan offer or a prediction that any lender will approve you.
This site does not take payment.

Stage 1
Form the business
Search the name, then read how an entity is formed. The setup checklist opens the official search after you pick a state. This course does not choose a structure for you. Ask your own attorney before you form, convert, or close an entity.
Stage 2
Get an EIN
An Employer Identification Number comes from the IRS. Lesson 1 says what to keep with the business records. Do not paste the number into this app. This lesson is not tax advice.
Stage 3
Build business credit
A separate bank account, a business phone, a public listing, and a D-U-N-S number are the setup steps on the checklist.
Stage 4
Become funding-ready
Readiness here means records and education. It is not an approval, and this course does not arrange financing. The Readiness Check is a self-assessment of the setup facts you report. The card and net-30 notes are on the next page, and they are not offers. Credit builder notes compare those same names with five answers. The answers are not saved.
Lesson assistant
Ask what a lesson or a checklist step says, in plain words.

The assistant saves each question and the answer it gave, linked to your account, in this site's own database on the service's private disk. That is the same SQLite file as accounts.
Questions and answers are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
You can ask for earlier deletion by emailing marcusowens@flipitbusinessloanbrokers.com.
The question text is sent to OpenAI to produce the answer. The OpenAI request is made with store:false.
