  1. Register Your Business:
    • Choose a suitable business structure (LLC, Corporation, etc.)
    • Register your business with the appropriate state and local authorities.
    • Obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS.

 

Step 1: Register Your Business

Objective: Understand the process of legally registering your business, selecting the appropriate structure, and obtaining the necessary permits and licenses to operate. Search to see if your business name is available in your state

1.1 Choose a Suitable Business Structure

Choosing the right business structure is a crucial decision that impacts your taxes, liability, and ability to raise capital. Here are the most common business structures:
